Who is Tyrone James?

Tyron James is a retired professional footballer that has played in both England and Australia. James career was extremely successful making many top team appearances.
Being one of the first black players to represent Fulham and one of first black players to play in the UK in the 70’s. James was part of the team that shaped Fulham into what we see now as a premier league side, becoming a role model to many young black footballers all around England. James started his talented career as a professional footballer at Fulham FC where he first served as an apprentice. Soon enough James had impressed enough people behind the scenes to be handed his Fulham debut and in the process became one of the first black players to feature for the Club. At 19 he joined players such as George Best, Alan Mullery, Bobby Moore and Rodney Marsh, making 20 appearances for the London based team . James then transferred to Plymouth Argyle where the defender spent 5 years. During that time James was loaned to Torquay United where he appeared 13 times even netting a goal. On his release from Home Park, James briefly played for Liskeard before emigrating to Australia where he continued his career in the NSL playing for Sunshine St George where he made many appearances continuing his success even being awarded best right back in the league at the time.
